First of all you have to start the application from start menu. When you will start this program it will show you following page.At the left hand side you have different template categories : These are pre-made templates that can be downloaded in case you don’t want to start off from scratch. you can even download them from Microsoft Office Online.
Downloading a pre-built template
Choose your category by clicking on it,in this part we have selected database and this shows us various templates available in this category. Now choose any template you wish by clicking it and pressing the download button available on the right hand corner.
Once done it will automatically download the template and open it.
Some templates may have macros enabled so you have to allow macro to run. Note: Running MACROS of non trusted sources can make your computer vulnerable to virus attacks.

How to enable running macros
Click on options a dialog box will open where you have to select enable this content and click ok.
Not able to download MS access templates :
If you are not able to download them you should try to download and install the Microsoft Office 2007 service pack 2.
