You can download these sheets and upload them to Office web Apps that will allow you to edit files and save them online. For it you need a Live ID (you can use any email address and do not need to open a Hotmail account)
This first form is made for schools, it does not have any macro so you don’t need to worry while opening it. User can edit the sheet and fill in information like Salesperson Name, suggested vendors,address where the products or purchased orders will be delivered. There is a column for account manager signature that can be confirmed by E-mail authorization from PI/Account Manager is acceptable in place of signature.
Simple to manage and understand these sheets are just awesome you can use them as example or as a template..very few adjustments needed to be done and there you go.
