This is a sample google docs budget spreadsheet, you can simply enter monthly income and expenses compare budgeted v/s actuals . It is editable and you can easily enter the values as per your need. At the bottom of the sheet you can see the total income and total expenses and the difference between the two.
You can save it under your docs for future use or you can download it in different formats that Google offers. AS it view only you have to first download it on your pc and then upload it again or you can simply make a copy of this file by clicking File >> Make a copy .It consist three sheets one is for entering the data and can be termed as master sheet.
