Do you like pranks ? well i do..so i am sharing few pranks and tricks that can surprise your friends and sub-ordinates. As they have been picked from different sources like forums and websites.
DISCLAIMER: Though i have avoided any sort of VBA pranks still, Neither myself, nor other contributors to this post are to be held responsible for you losing your job/suffering injury from a disgruntled colleague.
Here are few pranks that you might like.
1) Scroll lock idea: I fooled my two friends out of it so you can try it.Many people don’t even think about it. They will keep trying in settings.
2)Right to left idea :
Excel 2003
Go to Tools > Options > International
In the ‘Right to Left’ section click the ‘Right to Left’ option button
Close Excel.
It will stay ‘reversed’ until they reset it.
For Excel 2007:
Office button (large round top-left button)>Excel Options>Customize>All Commands, scroll down to Right to left document, click
Add, OK
Now you have a button on the QAT (next to the Office button) that toggles the direction
3)Disable double-click: This trick will disable the double click
Under the Advanced Options (or Edit tab) clear the checkbox for Allow Editing Directly in Cells.

4) Disturb cursor movement : Choose File, Options, and then Advanced.Now you have to change the directions as you wish, you can even clear the checkbox so that the cursor doesn’t move when they press Enter. You can find this under Tools, Options, and then the Edit tab.
5)Auto-correct prank : This prank will replace word automatically so that when a person inputs a certain word it changes automatically to the word that you want.
In Excel 2003, go to Tools > Autocorrect. Input the word that you want to change “replace” with “”and put the word that you want.
In Excel 2007 you have to go to the Office “Button”, then Excel options, and it is listed under the “Proofing” option.
6)Flip it all : Click office button in excel 2007 and go for excel options > advanced choose Right to Left in the Display section.
7)Simple Excel Hyperlink prank
Open a workbook, probably not an overly important one, and select a page then either Use Ctrl A twice or select all the cells by clicking in the area to the upper left of A1.Right click any cell and insert a Hyperlink, doesn’t matter what its to, Another page, a Web Site or Send an Email close the file
When anybody opens the file and clicks anywhere on the page it will execute the Hyperlink, even on a blank cell, where the Hyperlink isn’t shown.This works particularly well on Blank worksheets.To remove right click anywhere on the page and Remove Hyperlinks
8)Computer Beep : This will Hold down the NUM LOCK key for five seconds, then hit Yes.
How to Fix It: How down NUM LOCK for five seconds again.
