User have to enter estimated values and actual values in the income and expenses area. Not all categories will apply to every individual. Fill in only those that apply.To create an additional worksheet, simply right-click over the first sheet tab, and create a copy of the sheet. Rename the sheet by following above step. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate the difference between your income and your total expenditure, using the figures you enter in the tables. If your expenditure is calculated to be higher than your income, your first step should be to look for any possible ways to reduce your expenditure.
